Oliver Ronald "Ron" Smith January 27, 2022, age 89 Husband of 64 years to Dianne (nee Laufer) Smith; father of Lori (Chris) Farrell and Linda (Mark) Parisi; grandfather of Lauren (Greg) Cooper, Matthew (Jamie) Parisi and Andrew (Ashley ) Farrell; great grandfather of Bella, Brayden and Brooklyn Cooper; brother of Roger (Marilyn) Smith, late Audrey (late Bill) Crist and late Lois VanSice; also survived by many nieces and nephews. No Prior Visitation, Memorial Services will be held Tuesday February 1, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Augustana Evangelical Lutheran Church, 3143 Eggert Rd, Tonawanda. Mr. Smith was a veteran of the US Airforce, he also was a private pilot. Mr. Smith retired from New York Telephone/Verizon in 1989. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Augustana Lutheran Church.
